Peptide Storage

Our freezers operate steadily at -26°C (-15°F) keeping a few peptides fresh for up-to 10 years. Upon receiving products from vendors in China, our team immediately label batches and stores in freezers.

Shipping and Transportation

We use thermal insulated bubble mailers that protect your product against large temperature swings during shipment. It is impossible to ship peptides frozen. They will rise and fall in temperature similarly to their environment during the shipping process. Rest assured our packaging keeps your products safe during shipping by insulating from small and large temperature changes during shipping.

Please attempt to receive your peptides from the mail carrier by hand. Sign up for text reminders on your order, so you can remove peptides from packaging and place back into freezer storage if you’d like.

Our peptide vials CAN be stored long-term at room temperature, but it’s not recommended and will degrade significantly after 1 year. If you do, a cool dark place is best.

If you have started research and reconstituted peptides (added BAC or Sterile Water), please store in fridge. These can be left out at room temperature at a few hours, but after 24 it’s best to discard. You can learn more about the storage of peptides in various states here.

Peptide Storage 101

Lyophilized Peptides (Freeze-dried)

Short-Term: When you receive dehydrated peptides, they can comfortably sit at ambient temperatures for about one to two months. If you’re planning to utilize them swiftly, tucking them away in a cooler environment, below 4°C (39°F), is ideal. This practice extends their peak condition and is recommended for use up to two years, assuming they remain in condition received in.

Long-Term: When peptide application isn’t immediate or expected within a couple of months, colder climates are your best ally. A freezer set to -18°C (0°F) offers a preservation window of approximately two to three years for unmixed peptides. To go the extra mile, consider deep-freezing at -80°C (-112°F) to secure the long-term stability of these vital molecules.

Reconstituted Peptides (BAC or Sterile Water added)

Short-Term: Solutions of peptides are relatively stable for a short span of up to a month when refrigerated at 4°C (39°F). However, the exact duration may vary depending on the specific sequence and nature of the peptide. You can find this listed on each product description.

Long-Term: For long-term storage and utmost stability, freezing at is the recommended approach. Only defrost once and discard after first research-only use. It is not recommended to freeze reconstituted peptides, but it can be done with your own personalized approach during storage and after defrosting .
